ESEA must be uninstalled for HF to work, Add or remove programs -> ESEA -> Uninstall

FaceIT

ESEA must be uninstalled for HF to work, Add or remove programs -> FaceIT -> Uninstall

Vanguard

Vanguard can sometimes be uninstalled to make HF work but exiting vanguard in ur tray is enough

If you have turned off vanguard in startup, you must enable this(Task Manager -> Startup -> Vanguard -> Right Click, enable), reboot ur system and then exit vanguard from tray.

Easy AntiCheat

Search your system for EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe, this file is in game folders where this anticheat is used. Run it, select games one by one in the dropdown menu and press uninstall for each one. (this will not uninstall the game, only the anticheat)
