Other Issues

• Game will not start after HF install If Overwatch had an update, HF is required to be updated before it will work.

• Not working in game Clear %temp% Windows Button + R -> Type: %temp% -> Press OK -> Select all files and delete Some files wont be able to get deleted, those files are in use by programs. This is fine. This must be done before HF is installed, if you have hf installed: Clear %temp%, Reboot and then install HF. Update windows see Requirements and information. Sometimes you will need to update to newer versions of ur windows and sometimes just run the update once.

• Mouse Input stop working ingame Disable High precision mouse input in overwatch settings.

• Refused. Check ur subscription Make sure you have HF time that is active on ur account. Restart loader If you have done above and the issue remains: Clear %temp% (Press Windows button+R type: %temp% -> Ok -> Delete files, skip what can't be deleted) Redownload the loader.

• Content protected or corrupted/Loader disappears/Failed! File not specified Your antivirus is enabled, disable, add hf folder to exceptions and re-download the loader

• Cannot download the loader Disable antivirus and also browser security. For chrome: Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Security -> No protection To disable Windows defender permanently: Windows button -> Search for Edit Group Policy -> Computer Configration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Microsoft Defender Antivirus 1. Turn Off Microsoft Defender Antivirus -> Double-click -> Enable -> OK 2. Real-Time Protection folder -> Turn off real-time protection -> Double-Click -> Enable -> OK
