Quick Start Guide
Open Windows Security
Click on "Virus & threat protection"
Click on "Manage settings"
Turn off "Real-time protection"
Restart your computer
Press the key indicated on the screen to enter the BIOS settings (usually F2 or Delete)
Look for the "Virtualization" or "VTX/AMD-v" option and enable it if it is not already enabled
Find your software key. If you purchased the software from our store, you can find the key in the email from SellPass with the subject "Order Confirmation". Click "View order" in the email to view your key. Alternatively, you can log in to your customer account on our store and go to the "Orders" section to find your key.
Download the software from the link provided on the order page where your serial key is located. Alternatively, you can find the download link in the "#store-loader-links" section of our Discord server.
Extract the downloaded file using a file extraction program (e.g. WinRAR) and move the folder containing the software loader to your desktop.
Open the software loader and enter your desired username and password (using only lowercase letters and numbers).
Enter your purchased software key in the "Redeem key" field (format: XXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXX/INTL) and log in.
Click "Install". If the User Account Control (UAC) prompt appears, click "Yes" and do not click inside the command prompt that appears.
Wait for a popup message to appear indicating that the software is installed and ready to use. Click "OK" and start the game.

If you need to register another key, log in to the software loader and go to the second page called "Account".
Basic and Royal/Ultra versions must be redeemed on different accounts.
Once the software is installed, it will remain so until you reboot your system. You cannot open the loader while the software is already installed; you must reboot your system to do so.
